Is this a real invoice my CA will accept?
Yes. A GST tax invoice carrying your GSTIN, the client's GSTIN and place of supply, HSN or SAC codes, taxable value, the CGST/SGST or IGST split, and a serial number that never breaks. The same PDF you'd produce in any desktop package.
Can you read my WhatsApp messages?
No. Invoizify has its own business number. It only ever sees the messages you send to that number — it isn't connected to your personal WhatsApp and has no way to reach your other chats.
What if I lose my phone, or WhatsApp is down?
Nothing lives on your phone. Your invoices, clients and numbering sit in your account — open it in any browser and carry on. WhatsApp is one way in, not the only one.
Can I change an invoice after it has gone out?
Before it's issued, say what to change and it changes. After, Invoizify raises a credit note, the way GST requires. Issued numbers are never edited or reused — that's what makes the series hold up in an audit.
Can I take my data with me?
